On Monday night, the BJP's core committee meeting was held in the national capital Delhi, where discussions were held on the selection of candidates for the remaining 25 seats in Uttar Pradesh. There is discussion about Anubhav Sinha, son of Manoj Sinha from Gazipur. In addition, the name of Abhilasha Nandi, the wife of former bureaucrat Sanjay Mishra, and the name of former minister Nand Gopal Nandi's wife from Allahabad seat are also being discussed. Ramapati Ram Tripathi, the sitting MP from Deoria seat, could get another chance, and there is speculation about SP MLA Manoj Pandey from Sultanpur.

The next list of BJP in Uttar Pradesh could feature surprising names.
